About Me

I’ve loved horses for as long as I can remember.

I was just one year old when I sat on my mum’s old competition horse, Katinka, and from that moment on, I was hooked. I spent every school holiday with horses - brushing, playing, cleaning stables, and soaking up every second.

By six, I knew I wanted to be a vet, and that dream never faded.

Over the years, my own horses taught me some of my biggest lessons. They each had “behavioural issues” that, looking back, were actually signs of pain, imbalance and poor posture - things I didn’t understand at the time. That realisation changed everything.

My veterinary career became frustrating as I sought to truly heal animals by addressing underlying issues, not just treating the symptoms. Meeting Dr Ian Bidstrup, a spinal veterinarian, who steered me toward Animal Biomechanical Medicine was a turning point inspired by my horses’ struggles.

I started exploring beyond traditional veterinary care, learning about anatomy, bodywork, posture, biomechanics, and the many subtle ways horses show us what they need.

Through study, hands-on experience, and the guidance of mentors like Dr. Sharon May-Davis, I found a deeper way of understanding horses - and helping them. I founded Integrated Veterinary Therapeutics to support horses more holistically, and I’ve been lucky to teach, treat, and learn alongside some incredible people and animals.

Today, I support horse owners and professionals who know something isn’t quite right with their horse but don’t always have the tools to figure out what’s going on. My mission is to help you see your horse through a new lens - one that honours their posture, movement, health, and unique personality - so you can support them in a way that’s grounded in both science and deep connection.
